To enjoy your Bourgogne wine most fully, let your senses lead you on an amazing journey… First appreciate the colour and appearance of the wine, then smell it and absorb its aromatic power. Finally, your palate will experience the many sensations that have built the reputation of these fine terroir wines.
This workshop is animated by the tutored tasting of 3 Bourgogne wines.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your workshop to validate your ticket. Our educator will be on hand to welcome you and to accompany you throughout this immersive experience.
Please note, doors close 5 minutes after the start time of the session; no delay is possible due to the launch of the multi-media projection.

The immersive workshops are organised at our Ecole in Dijon, located in the heart of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin.
They are available to anyone aged 18 or over; no prior knowledge of Bourgogne wines, or the wine world more generally, is necessary.
