The immersive workshops are organised at our Ecole in Dijon, located in the heart of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin.
They are available to anyone aged 18 or over; no prior knowledge of Bourgogne wines, or the wine world more generally, is necessary.
Depending on the session, the tasting will be of 3 white wines or 3 red wines: same appellation, same producer, different vintages.
Gain an insight into how to select a wine to suit to the occasion.
