Understand the appellation system, the notion of terroir and Bourgogne’s Climats. Learn how to see, smell and taste the white and red wines of Bourgogne and to identify their aromas.
By the end of this half-day course, you will be more confident in approaching a glass of Bourgogne, armed with the right words to describe the wines and share your impressions.
The course is led by an educator from the Ecole des vins de Bourgogne.
This training is open to all and does not require prior knowledge of Bourgogne wines, tasting, or the world of wine more generally.
