Once a year year, the Ecole des vins de Bourgogne offers you the chance to experience the 33 Grand Cru appellations of Bourgogne with an exceptional educational and sensory experience.
THE EVENING BEFORE
19.30 p.m.: Welcome cocktail reception
DAY 1: Bourgogne wines, Chablis, Côte de Beaune
9.15 a.m.: Welcome meet at the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne
Lunch at a restaurant
6 p.m.: Return to Beaune – end of Day 1
DAY 2: Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits
9 a.m.: Meet at the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne
Return to the Ecole des Vins in Beaune

DAY 3: Côte de Nuits and the “Paulée” musical celebration
Tasting at a wine estate that produces Grand Cru wines from the Côte de Nuits, followed by a tasting and lunch

6.30 p.m.: The “Musique & Vin au Clos Vougeot” festival: concert and “Paulée” musical celebration at Meursault

Once a year, this exceptional course offers a chance to taste the 33 Grand Crus of Bourgogne.
The 3-day seminar is led in English by an educator from the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne.
In order to understand fully the concept of the Grand Crus’ terroirs, several studies of the landscape are held the vineyards of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, with 3 visits to wine estates that produce Grand Cru wines.
Enjoy an exceptional Friday evening as part of the Music & Wine festival: a concert and “Paulée” musical celebration in Meursault.
This seminar is open to professionals and informed amateurs with prior knowledge of Bourgogne wines and wine tasting. Proficiency in English is essential.
