An olfactory and gustatory exercise that will put you at the heart of our two emblematic Burgundy red grap varieties. After a presentation of the their main historical and organoleptic characteristics and their tasting, you’ll taste a third wine, blinded… Can you tell if it’s a Pinot Noir or a Gamay?
