Learn to look, smell and taste white wines, red wines and Crémant de Bourgogne, and identify their aromas. Wine storage, serving and food pairing are also covered. After a tasting lunch, the afternoon is devoted to discovering terroirs and appellations with a landscape reading followed by a commented tasting on the themes of terroirs and vintages. Day-long tasting of 13 Burgundy wines.
