During this workshop on the notion of terroir wines, discover the meaning given to the word terroir in Burgundy; decode the appellation classification system and the definition of the notion of Climat within the Burgundy vineyard. Understand their unique characteristics, which have led to their UNESCO listing.

The 45′ workshops are held at the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne in Beaune.
They are open to anyone aged 18 and over, with no prior knowledge of Burgundy wines.
