Immerse yourself in the heart of Burgundy wines with the École des Vins de Bourgogne workshops. Each wine has its own cheese: aromatic intensity, structure, freshness… A tasting of five cheeses and five white Burgundy wines to understand the conditions of complementarity between the two products.
