An original interactive concept, the “La Cave aux Arômes des vins de Bourgogne” exhibition takes your senses on a journey through the fascinating world of Bourgogne’s wine appellations. This wonderful exhibition introduces, in a visual and olfactory way, 12 aromatic families present in Bourgogne wines, livening up up your events and delighting your guests.
The Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne is an integral part of the Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne in Beaune, Chablis, and Mâcon, and is also located at the heart of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon.
Our proximity to key players in the wine and tourism sectors, as well as our involvement in various networks such as Vignobles & Découvertes and Vallée de la Gastronomie, allows us to optimise the quality of the programmes we offer.
