The Grands Crus course takes place on a Saturday. A unique half-day for wine lovers from all over the world. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of Burgundy wines and discover, glass in hand, some of Burgundy’s legendary Grands Crus! This exceptional wine tasting course, dedicated to the Grands Crus of Burgundy, reveals the entire history of a region, from its vineyards to the know-how of its winemakers.
This tasting course is open to all, although it is recommended for wine lovers with some prior knowledge of Burgundy wines and wine tasting.
Led by a trainer from the Ecole des Vins (oenologist or sommelier); educational documentation provided; lecture with video projection; commented tasting of 8 Grands Crus de Bourgogne appellations.
9h15 Welcome at the Ecole des Vins de Bourgogne At the beginning of the session, each participant will receive an educational pack with a reminder of the art of tasting, as well as tasting sheets.
