Add the history, culture and of course the great food and people of Burgundy and you'll have 5 days of pure pleasure
This “Camp” provides a delightful balance of theory and practice, with classes in the fully-equipped tasting room to adventures out in the vineyards and cellars of local winemakers with guided visits and tasting lunches throughout.
There is no better way to dive in and enjoy the magic of wine and Burgundy while discovering the diversity and authenticity that are unique to the great wines of Burgundy and the friendliness that characterizes the people.
Playful and culturally informative at the same time, you must not forget your camera, sunglasses and tennis shoes!
<br><h3>Tasted wines</h3><br>More than 30 wines chosen from the cellars of the BIVB during the tasting-seminars plus wines tasted during the visits.<br><h3>Les vistes</h3><br>Guided visits of the most famous vineyards in Burgundy (Chablis, Romanée-Conti, Montrachet, Mercurey, Pouilly-Fuissé…), visits and tastings in the cellars of wine estates, wine-merchant houses, and cooperative cellars.
Visits to tourists sites tied to the history of wine in Burgundy: Beaune and The Hospices de Beaune; the Château of Clos de Vougeot; The church and village of Vézelay; Roche de Solutré…
Wine tasting and photo contests.
